Last Day in April

Hello

The 30th of April has a significant meaning for people around.
The 30th of April is the day of 'burning bitches'. Needless to say how all are excited about the evening show (in every place in the city thousands of 'bitches' will be burned)
I don't know what it is all about when and how this pagan tradition started, what is usually done on these gatherings, but local folks follow this tradition with great enthusiasm and excitement)...
OK, enough of that.
Here you can see another picture of mine.
Enjoy!

Monday Evening

Hi

It's Monday evening.
Two hours ago I came back home from work, parked my car, picked up my bags and went in the direction of my house.
As I have had decided to refuse meat products and use a vegetarian nutrition, I have to buy a lot of various vegetables: carrots, potatoes, cabbage, beans and so on every day.

An hour later, having discussed all the latest news of my family ( a wife and two adult boys) I checked my emails, and arrived at the blog with the intention to publish another picture with a short description.

Here you are:
Cheers

How to understand the paintings

Hi

So, to understand Masters works it is not enough just to see the paintings.
It is vitally important to know something about the author: his background, how he or she became a painter, when he started and who he had as an instructor or teacher.
All this information could help you understand the works of the master.

Here's my next work.
Enjoy!

Understanding Masters' Minds

Helllo,
I've been trying to understand works ofgreat masters of painting for as long as I remember myself.
There has always been the question of how to get into the Masters' intentions of painting their pictures.
Of course with the big names of the craft, there have never been any serious problems-great basics, schools, years of exercising, rubbing shoulders with the glorious contemporaries who wanted to glorify their names for the generations to come, comprehension of the pictures was not that difficult: well-dressed, sitting magnificently beautiful ladies or, fully armed, riding robust white horses kings or emperors.
But with the arts of the late XIX and early XX centuries, all appeared absolutely different!
How could one get in terms with those new trends and fashions in arts?
It took me quite a lot of time to finally come to understanding how to be tolerant with the new trends and then how to understand the latests art trends.
But, I will tell you about it next time.
For now, see my next picture.

"Is It True?"

Hello after a long time!
.The year 2014 was full of various events which can hardly be worth mentioning.
I went on with my basic activities such as helping people with their communicative problems or rather problems in communication.
I started working with seniors-two groups of students who had left their everyday work and turned into pensioners who had among other unrealized dreams the desire to speak English.
But, perhaps the main life achievement was the decision of my wife to live with me in Prague.
So, she left Belarus in May and since that time has lived with me here, something that we hadn’t hd for such a long time for years.
I went on with painting and made a few new pictures.
Even though the techniques are quite simple and a good number of critical viewers will easily find a lot of both compositional and technical errors, I don’t care much.
I enjoy the process and the final result.
Here is the first work called Out of Darkness
Enjoy
George.
